If you have an emergency you can contact the after hours call service and a trained crisis screener will assess you needs and determine if your provider needs contacted. They notify the office of the time, date, and nature of all calls received. If deemed necessary the office will contact you the next day for follow-up.
You may receive a bill from us before your insurance finishes processing your claim. Please contact your insurance first to verify your responsibility before contacting the office. This helps ensure that all parties have the most accurate information for resolving any billing issues.
If you have been referred to another provider, specialist, or other service please allow 10 business days from the date of referral notice before contacting the office. You can also contact the resource you were referred to directly, as well.
