TruYou strives to change the way people access mental health services. We do this through bringing you evidenced-based care and by getting to know you. At TruYou you’re a part of the care team and have say in your care. Afterall, if you’re not onboard with the treatment plan, then how can we expect to help you heal?
We only schedule 1 hour intake visits, so we can take the time needed to get to know you. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your treatment plan.
Many visits are 30 minutes, or longer if needed to ensure providers have adequate time to provide quality care. Your success is our priority.
Double booking causes delays in getting seen on time, lower customer satisfaction, and poorer outcomes. That's not the care you deserve or the culture we foster.
By offering both in-person and online services you can save valuable time. Allowing you more time to do the things you need and less time in the office and on the road.
We treat most mental health issues. Such as, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and PTSD; just to name a few
We treat people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and experiences, everyone should have access to high quality care
We would love to help everyone, but currently we are unable to help those seeking care for people under the age of 18
Every case is unique and evaluated individually, and if your needs exceed our skills we'll work to refer you to those who can help
We hope to meet your expectations at your first visit, and feel communicating what to expect helps ensure that happens. Several things will happen at your fist visit with your provider, and on the right we explain how those steps work and what to expect.
A provider will take time to get to know you, your history, and explore the road that led you here today. This helps ensure you have the best experience as we get to know the TruYou.
After the assessment the provider will talk to you about their diagnosis, treatment options, and answer any questions you have. Ensuring you're well informed and feel a part of the team.
Then they will what to expect with treatment, how medications work, and work together with you as a collaborative team, to craft the best plan for you.
Sometimes in order to get the most accurate information, or the correct care, referrals to outside specialists are needed. We'll work with you to help ensure you're taken care of.
The TruYou team is proudly made up of these providers. Each one of them is dedicated to your wellness and will working with you on your road to recovery. Each team member brings their own unique set of skills and experiences to provide care tailored to your unique needs.
