Longer Initial Appointments
New patient evaluations are scheduled for a full hour, giving your provider time to understand your history, concerns and goals without making you feel rushed.

More Time for Follow-Up Care
Many follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, with additional time when needed. Quality care and successful outcomes are the priority.

No Double Booking
Your appointment time is reserved for you. TruYou avoids double booking so providers can give patients the attention they deserve.

Flexible Care Options
Both in-person and online services are available, providing greater flexibility and reducing unnecessary time spent traveling to appointments.

What to Expect

Assessment — Your provider takes the time to learn about you, your history, your concerns and what brought you to TruYou.

Diagnosis — Your provider discusses their findings, possible diagnoses and treatment options and answers your questions.

Treatment — You and your provider work together to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Referral When Needed — If additional specialists or services are appropriate, TruYou will work with you to help connect you with appropriate care.
